Saad E. A. Sallam – LCE Chairman
Dr. Saad is the Chairman of Paradise Capital, which is the holding company for Olympic Group financial investment Co., B-Tech, Namaa for Development, Mathal holdings Co. for small and medium enterprises, a position he has held starting 2009. He is a member of The Federation of Egyptian Industries, The Egyptian Businessmen Association, Egyptian National Democratic Party, American Chamber of Commerce, German Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), as well as the Board of Trustees for the General Authority for Investment (GAFI), and Board of Trustees for the Sinai University. He holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Cairo University. In addition a Masters and PhD in Civil Engineering from McMastre University in Hamilton Ontario Canada.
Ahmed El Aawar – LCE Founder & Life Coach
Ahmed is the founder of Life Coaching Egypt. He also holds different positions as CEO of BBA FoodHouse, one of the leading restaurant businesses in Egypt and he is a member of the board of trustees of the NGO Baladna. He has held numerous other positions including Vice President Sewedy Group and General Manager KFC Egypt, among many other posts. He is a co active certified personal coach (CCPC) from the Coaching Training Institute( CTI ) in the USA, and an Associated Accredited Coach (ADD) from the International Coach Federation.Ahmed holds Masters in Clinical Psychology and an Exective MBA.
Ahmed is a Professional Certified Life/Corporate Coach (ICF) accredited with more than 780 hours of coaching individuals/Executives/Business owners/sports stars. Ahmed is also the current CEO/partner of one of the leading restaurant business companies in Egypt as a result of 21 years of experience in senior management positions as CEO and Vice Chairman along with being a Certified Board member on multiple multinational companies.

Mohamed El Sawy – LCE Board Member
Mohamed is the General Manager of Alamia Publishing and Advertising Co. since 1980. He is also the General Manager of Alamia Road Signs Co. He is the founder and director of the first private culture center in 2003 under the name of Abdel Monem El Sawy, “El Sawy Culturewheel, El Sakia.” Since its inception it attracted audiences from all walks of life and to date it’s become a hub for all types of arts at affordable prices. It also organizes festivals and contests, making it the place to go to for any person. Mohamed is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, the German Chamber of Commerce, National Youth Council, the Rotary Club Rhein-Nile, the Motorsports Committee of the Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt, the Union of the German Graduates in Cairo, Egyptian Advertising Committee, he is a board member in Gezira Club, co-founder of the EJB (the Egyptian Junior Businessmen), and President of Zamalek Development Committee. His passion for the arts led him to write and produce ten marionette plays, while also establishing the Om Kolthoum returns anew program and subsequently Abdel Halim Hafez and Farid Elatrash works as well as comic plays. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Helwan Univeristy.
Ibrahim Tarek El Attar – LCE Board Member
Ibrahim is the CEO of Experts Group, manufacturer in the food industry. He is also a board member in Winning Co. for Commercial Agencies and Distribution. He holds a Bachelors from MSA University in Marketing and International business.
Amr M. El-Kadi – LCE Board Member
Amr is the Head of Investor Relations & Risk Management in Citadel Capital. He has held several positions including Chairman of Hermes Securities Brokerage and General Manager of Business Development & Investor Relations in ASEC. Prior to that he worked in commercial banking, the last position being Director of Credit & Country Credit Officer for Egypt & Sudan in American Express Bank. He is one of the founding members of ECMA (Egyptian Capital Market Association) and a member in EGX 30 a committee in the Egyptian Stock Exchange and in several committees in Al Watany Bank of Egypt, Sudanese Egyptian Bank, The Egyptian Bank Limited in Southern Sudan, and lastly in Misr El-Kheir Foundation. He holds a Bachelors (high honors) and Masters in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
Mostafa Ghalwash – LCE Board Member
Mostafa is the Managing Director and major shareholder of Yadco Petroleum Services since 1989. His career path started as maintenance and sales engineer for heavy equipment then as operations manager for Egyptian American and Aqua Water Well Drilling Cos. until he became a founder of Yadco Petroleum Services in 1989. He has always been working in the private sector and also held major investments in the Food and Entertainment industries. He became a founding board member of LCE after attending several workshops with Ahmed El Aawar with the intention and strong belief that spreading this information and experience will strongly benefit anyone (no matter what profession or age) and thereby our communities as a whole. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo, is a member of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a contributor and active member with several Egyptian NGO’s dedicated to the betterment of Egyptian society.
