| “ It is quite common nowadays that individuals do not attach great importance to coaching after training and consider it just a loss of time & money. Many people think that a good employee can learn everything s/he needs for her/his job just with daily practice. It is absolutely true that learning by doing things is very useful, but if we can find somebody to help us take corrective measures on how to apply what we have learned, we can definitely achieve better results much faster.
The fact that modern economy is in a moment of fast transition, companies have to improve their organizational performance, to be able to deal with new challenges, to develop strategies that allow growing in a more difficult economic environment.
