Although the 'idea' may sound fairly new to our culture; most multi-nationals either have their In house Corporate Coach or they align with an entity like our own to provide the service.

Corporate Coaching is delivered either through Executive One-to-One Coaching, tailor made Workshops to meet specific needs of an organisation or a combination of both. Executive One-to-One Coaching:

Executive One-to-One Coaching with key executives is for the benefit of the executive, with focus on the entire organization's performance & development therefore directly flowing to the organizational capability at large. Although the coach may address the executive's whole life - personal included - the results are actually measured against the performance requirements of the corporation.

What does Executive Coaching Cover?
Executive One-to-One Coaching covers the complex combination of skills & human capacities at a deeper level; required from today's executives, such as:

The Executive Coaching Structure:

  • Initially an executive coaching is structured on a 6 month span basis with a frequency of four one hour sessions per month including an initial discovery session that will take 2-3 hours
  • The Executive will be allowed email & brief phone calls for clarifications & support outside the one-to-one sessions.
  • The coaching sessions maybe conducted either face to face or over the phone, whichever is more convenient for the client with no effect on the quality of coaching

Workshops' Methodology:

Life Coaching Egypt uses exclusive co-active coaching skills and techniques by;

· Creating a safe environment for all participants to be fully present and to be themselves with no judgments.
· Creates bottom line participation were employees tackle the essence of any given issue.
· All core content is backed with real life examples and exercises that require the full engagement of the participants.

· The Co Active Coaching model training approach is built on 4 cornerstones :

Wisdom-Oriented Decision Making - Module ONE

The Wisdom-Oriented Decision Making Workshop is NOT the 'normal' training classroom setup, where executive/management acquires new skills & techniques, try to practice it at the workplace & see if it works. The Workshop's Executive Coaching is 'Just in Time' learning VS 'Just in Case'. It is meant to affect performance on a large long term sustainable scale by influencing change in Thoughts; Attitude & Behavior to single mindedly prepare Executives for a state of Empowerment.

Empowerment is the authorizing of an employee to think, behave, take action, control work & decision making in autonomous ways. Empowerment means moving forward; PRODUCTVITY.

In fact, the Prime Workshop Objective is to create the SPRINGBOARD for Corporations to reach their maximum business potential OR Self Actualization. Ultimately, they become Business LEGACIES.

The Workshop Objectives:

How it works?
The workshop is simply a set of tools. Depending on the Corporation, a tailor made workshop is designed with different combinations of the below to meet the Executive needs.
In a nutshell, these tools are targeted to initiate Pro Activity & Change as the platform for Empowering Executives.  The tools are not important in definition, rather the focus is made on how they are used within the individual's inner “ master system ” enabling impactful decision making.

The Workshop Structure
The Workshop is to be held in an outskirt location, as a retreat set up for three days.
Participants will not be allowed personal meetings during the duration of the Workshop and will be required to attend all days for a 'complete' learning.

Self Awareness - MODULE TWO:

The Self Awareness Workshop is about delving in oneself into a deep journey full of discoveries of who you really are and what you are capable of. The workshop is a magical tool for Self Motivation and Peak Performance. Participants will realize their untapped potential allowing them to raise the bar for themselves which directly affects the organization they work in.

Self Awareness is the ability to generate high quality knowledge about oneself, and it’s only when you are aware you have the freedom to make real changes affecting your performance specifically and your life generally.

The Self Awareness workshop delivers an explicit message to the participants that the organization they work for really cares about them and their future with the company which grounds the value of both growth and learning.

Executives/employees have the tendency to focus on their weaknesses and how to develop them, it might work after sometime but mostly it will consume them thus reducing their self-esteem/confidence dramatically. This workshop has a unique way (Via CTI coaching module) in co actively coaching the participants to explore their strengths clearly were they can immediately endorse these attributes to better serve their organizations and shift their performance to a completely new level.

Workshop Objectives:

1. Explore ones inner capabilities in a multi dimensional way thus endorsing them to serve business objectives and enhance individual performance.

· Participants will acquire some basic coaching skills for both themselves and others

Pro Active Change Module - MODULE THREE 

The Pro Active Change Workshop is a powerful workshop that shifts mindsets, spirits and hearts of people to a totally new level of pro active growth. "Change is inevitable whether we choose or not, but personal growth is a choice."

The workshop will enable the audience to take charge of their lives with tolerance, perseverance and sustainability.

Pro active change requires a high sense of responsibility: factually everyone is responsible for all their actions; from that stance employees grasp that they are their own most valuable asset and resource so it is mandate to become completely acquainted with oneself: this workshop helps them achieve this through a self-awareness journey kit.

Finally accepting oneself for who they are is the catalyst for this exciting journey; this is what essentially makes all this work. The workshop will cover the pro active change model by combining synergistically the attributes of self responsibility-awareness-acceptance.

An organization needs only a few of its team members to have the mentioned attributes to create a real competitive edge.

Workshop Objectives:

Pro Active Change

  • Then after grasping the big picture of the model we take each attribute separately via the Co Active Coaching technique; to introduce them at a deeper theoretical & practical scale :

    1. Self Responsibility:
      • Through this attribute the participants comprehend the essence of empowering oneself rather than being enslaved and reactive to outside circumstances; (Challenges/others/problems) that may arise in the day to day life at the work environment.
      • They will learn to always have a choice and maintain a resourceful state of mind to any upcoming issue, and will realize that the essence of performance lies 100% on the employee who is the most important and valued resource/asset.
      • Having the right to choose will enlighten the employee on the importance of knowing oneself at a deeper level in order to self manage towards peak performance.

    1. Self Awareness:
      • This is a self-exploring ride! Specifically designed using exclusive Professional Coaching Techniques. Awareness on what is preventing the reach to peak performance is the objective and outcome of this attribute.
      • They are also coached on how to self identify personal strengths and to endorse these competencies and traits through acts of active awareness, accountability and ownership.

The Corporate Master System - MODULE FOUR

Growth in the current robust economy we live in and the fierce competition we live by is inevitable; if corporations do not incorporate their growth strategy within all this, they will eventually diminish.

Corporations must establish a strong foundation at the first level of Corporate Consciousness (Survival) phase; represented by healthy cash and market share, to the next level of building solid relationships with both their internal and external customers to establish sustainability, and as the company grows up the 7 levels of Corporate Consciousness they will continuously require a super evaluation mindset to take the right decisions that supports that growth.

Taking the right decisions is the essence of creating healthy sustainable growth in any organization and thus leadership. And for its leading team to do so they need to be aware of their Corporate Master System!


Workshop Overview:

The Corporate Master System is the decision processing capability of any organization, and it consists of multi factors that work synergistically to produce decisions. These factors affect any decision a corporation takes at all levels; the Personal, Interpersonal and at the Organizational level and they are:

1. The Organizations’ Core beliefs: (They are the unconscious rules of what is right and what is wrong, what will work and what will not), these rules may sometime be clear and sometimes may not creating what we call literal disease meaning making rules as we move on thus leading to stagnation or wrong distorted decisions. Core organizational beliefs are giant beliefs that affect all the departments and the organization at large, and a small change in these rules based on conscious basis will create a huge difference.

2. The Organizations’ Core Values: They are what drive the organization, they give it the sense of what is important and what's not, and they are what the organization stands for. They are the key to motivating the Organization to move on and withstand tough times and challenging events.

3. The Organizations Default Thinking (Strategy): This factor dictates the tendency to approach, analyze and handle any given matter whether key business plans or day to day planning and prep.

4. The Organizations Emotional State (Mode/Momentum): All of the above affects the overall organizational culture and thus its inertia.

Workshop Objectives:

1. Create a deep awareness for organizations to know the elements that affect their decision making process thus work on reshaping these element from which they can take decisions that will dramatically affect their organizations .

· Participants are exposed to their organizational master system as well their own human master system.
· Create an essential awareness at were the organization is succeeding and were it is failing.

Aligning Corporate and individual values - MODULE FIVE

Core Values are what drive both the organization and the individuals, they give it the sense of what is important and what’s not, and they are what the organization stands for. Core Values are the key to motivating the Organization to move on and withstand tough times and challenging events.

Values are sometimes applied in organizations just as a cliché; hung on walls and stuck to mugs as an image for external and internal branding on a superficial basis; hitting the corporation at its core.

On other instances, Values may be chosen carefully, yet they are idle in a fierce competition were the customer/client seems dishonored.

All the above mentioned applications on the short & long run will dramatically affect the integrity of the organization both internally and externally; an unaffordable price to pay by growing organizations, especially when the customer/client/consumer is the KING.

Thus, once Corporate Values are chosen they must be clarified, understood, communicated and aligned otherwise metaphorically it’s like having a great car with no wheels that is unable to move forward. All individuals have values and in turn organizations create their own corporate values resulting sometimes in values’ contradicting or prioritizing issues; and unless common ground is reached and a clear designed alliance is created, dichotomy of values and understanding will be the inevitable result.

Aligning Corporate/individual Values workshop creates this mutual design and understanding and turns the restraining force of employees wanting to honor their personal values into driving forces honoring both the individual and corporate values.

When our personal values are not in alignment with the corporate values this can lead to silent sabotage or passive unproductive behaviors. And we certainly will not feel engaged, energized or prepared to go the extra mile.

The benefits to the organization of achieving this alignment can be truly amazing; a cadre of employees who are actually "in sync" with the organization and are intrinsically motivated to perform their jobs and accomplish the goals of the organization. Although we can debate the true motivational value of compensation systems and other external rewards, nothing "moves" employees better than performing work activities that are linked to who they are as individuals. The more organizations encourage and support this linkage, and then direct this behavior to support organizational goals, the more successful and fun the working environment becomes. That in essence is what will continue to give organizations the competitive edge for years to come!

· Identify individual core values and create awareness on the gap of what values are/not being honored.

Corporate Archive - MODULE SIX

The Corporate Archive Workshop is one of a kind in its uniqueness and objectives, it is tailored for corporations who do not have a clear identity or awareness of how they reached the stage they are in. How they do what they do? And why they do it?

The Corporate Archive Workshop searches in the back log of the corporation with a regression approach to become aware of who its real leaders (Shadow) are and who the influential employees are that directly and indirectly shape its culture/beliefs/values/systems/processes. How the industry/competitors affect their being and decision making process? How historical challenges, victories and turbulences affected the current corporate culture?

The CA workshop provides the organization with a blue print of where they are now backed up with evidential facts that allows it to shape and redirect its focus to making essential decisions for future growth.

Workshop Objective:

  1. Identify direct and indirect decision makers of the organization.
  2. Identify where and when the organization has adopted bad habits that created snowball effect resulting in stagnation.
  3. Creating core values for the organization by design Not default (consciously).

Managing Growth - MODULE SEVEN

As companies grow in size and age they start facing different crisis/challenges of leadership-autonomy-control-red tape as they grow through the phases of creativity-direction-delegation-coordination-collaboration. Unless companies co vision & align values across their teams there will be huge challenges against growth, thus focus needs to be placed on:

1) Increasing the Organization’s Capabilities (The Company’s ability to manage its team to gain competitive advantage).
2) Managing the Corporate Culture to serve the Company’s goals and vision.

These are the key platforms the company needs to work on once they reach a certain plateau which they want to grow beyond in high competitive markets thus creating high entry barriers for new competition and high imitation barriers for the current.

The Managing Growth Workshop creates high awareness for the organization on what it needs to achieve sustainable growth via the above mentioned in order to have shared mindsets across the board.

Workshop Objectives:

1) Create awareness on types of growth and advantages of fast growth.
